Your Reserve/Replacement Dollars at Work

A portion of your annual Maintenance Fees are collected for allocation for necessary capital improvements for your resort property.

The following is a list of property improvements completed and/or in process for 2009:

  • Bathroom remodel in one bedroom unit (4105) and two bedroom unit (3202) 
  • Carson boiler replaced with two compact energy efficient models
  • Wireless Access Points upgrade complete
  • Annual slurry seal of the parking lot
  • Installed replacement super pump sand filter for pool
  • Replaced several mattresses
  • Replaced several microwaves and refrigerators
  • Replaced carpet in several units
  • An additional 75 LCD flat screen TV’s installed
  • Replaced Baldwin entry doors
  • Various Jacuzzi tubs & shower pans in process of resurfacing
  • Resume balcony railing replacement
