A portion of your annual Maintenance Fees are collected for allocation for necessary capital improvements for your resort property.
The following is a list of property improvements completed and/or in process for 2009:
- Bathroom remodel in one bedroom unit (4105) and two bedroom unit (3202)
- Carson boiler replaced with two compact energy efficient models
- Wireless Access Points upgrade complete
- Annual slurry seal of the parking lot
- Installed replacement super pump sand filter for pool
- Replaced several mattresses
- Replaced several microwaves and refrigerators
- Replaced carpet in several units
- An additional 75 LCD flat screen TV’s installed
- Replaced Baldwin entry doors
- Various Jacuzzi tubs & shower pans in process of resurfacing
- Resume balcony railing replacement
